How to Make an Electric Thermocol (Foam) Cutter at Home Easily | Simple Life Hacks | Fun & Hacks

In this video, learn how could you make an awesome and stunning foam cutter or thermocol cutter easily at your home in just a few steps using some easily available stuff like battery, Nichrome or copper wire, two nails, popsicle sticks, and a glue gun. There is a science behind this simple life hack. DIY – DO it yourself – FUn & Hacks.

This thermocol/foam cutter works on heating. It cuts foam smoothly with no efforts, you can cut foam in any desired shape with this. You can start by fixing two nails at a specific distance on popsicle sticks. On another popsicle stick, you can fix the battery and ON-OFF switch. All this can be done using a glue gun. Then you have to fit or arrange the wires as shown in the video. Finally, just connect the nichrome wire to both the nails, while doing so make sure battery is removed or switch in on OFF mode. Otherwise, it may harm you.

Now, it’s your turn to try it on your own. Consider all safety factors before you try these hacks. Keep yourself safe and don’t let the children do it alone.
